- Documents: the coast guard needs a guest list with an original passport or Emirates ID for every guest, including children, shared before departure.
- Season: October to April for full days. In summer, book sunset and evening trips.
- Children: welcome, kids' life jackets are on board.
- Swimming: on trips of 3 hours or more, at anchor in a permitted area near the Palm or Burj Al Arab.
- Drinks: soft drinks are included. Alcohol for guests aged 21+ is arranged according to the yacht's licence.
- Weather: if the coast guard stops sailing, we move your trip to another date or refund you.
