Every booking works the same way: you receive a written quotation, then an official invoice from our UAE company, and you pay by bank transfer to a UAE business account or by card. Your tickets, hospitality passes and hotel confirmations come with the supplier's own confirmation attached, so you can verify them before you travel. Nothing is paid in cash or to a personal account. For events with any uncertainty, our refund and transfer terms are written into your confirmation before you pay, not explained afterwards. Our founder spent years in private aviation charter before Obsidians, arranging aircraft for exactly the clients we serve today; the same standard of documentation applies here. Bank transfer, cards, and payment to our UAE account. Every arrangement is formalized in a contract with transparent terms — you always know exactly what is included and on what conditions.
