THE VEUVE CLICQUOT DESERT EXPERIENCE

A Mercedes G-Class collects you from your hotel or residence and drives you into the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, the UAE's first national park, to a private site that exists for one party a night. An optional camel trek leads to the Sundowner Lounge high on the dunes, where a Veuve Clicquot reception is poured as the sun goes down over the sand; oryx and gazelle graze in the reserve around you.

As the light goes, you move to a private dining enclave set into the dunes. A chef prepares a multi-course menu in front of you and a sommelier pairs each course with champagne and premium wines, explaining the match plate by plate. No other guests, no set timing, no sound but the desert. Your safari guide stays with you through the evening and drives you back to the city whenever you choose.
