One invoice to the company for the whole package, paid by bank transfer. Payment stages are set out in the contract.
How far ahead should we plan?
The earlier, the better the choice of hotels, venues and tickets, especially in peak season and for major events. We start with a brief and budget and agree the timeline around your date.
