Questions and answers
Can I book a famous artist for a private event?
Yes, if the artist's schedule allows and they accept private bookings. We check availability through agents and management and handle the negotiation.
Do you book sports stars?
Yes. Footballers, fighters, drivers and tennis players for meet-and-greets, signing sessions, partner dinners and event appearances.
What does arranging an artist's visit include?
Contract, fee, rider, flights, hotel, transfers, security, stage, lighting and sound — all handled by us.
How far ahead should I book an artist?
The earlier the better: several months ahead for global stars. For DJs, hosts and shows a few weeks can be enough.
How is the cost determined?
The cost combines the artist's fee, rider, logistics and production. Send us the date, city and format and we will prepare options.
Where can the performance take place?
In Dubai and the UAE and abroad — at a villa, on a yacht, at a hotel, restaurant or a venue we find for you.
