What does VIP meet and greet at Dubai Airport include?
An assistant meets you at the gate or aircraft door, takes you through fast-track immigration, collects your luggage and hands you over to your driver. At VIP level you use a private terminal with no queues.
Do you also handle departures?
Yes. We meet you at the terminal entrance, assist with check-in and luggage, and take you through fast-track security and passport control to the lounge or gate.
Which airports do you cover?
Dubai (DXB and DWC), Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and major airports in Europe, Asia and the CIS through partners. Tell us your airport and we confirm availability the same day.
What do you need to book?
Flight number, date, passenger names and count, luggage and the service level. For aircraft-door or VIP terminal service we need passport copies in advance.
Can I combine meet and greet with a transfer?
Yes. Your driver waits at the terminal exit — from a business sedan to a Rolls-Royce or a family van. See our chauffeur service page.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust the meet to the actual arrival time. You don't need to notify us.
