Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2026: Grandstand, Champions Club, Paddock Club or a Yacht — How to Choose
The Formula 1 season finale at Yas Marina, 4–6 December 2026. We compare five ways to spend the weekend — from the Main Grandstand to a cabin on a yacht by the track — and the details to check before you pay.
The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is the last race of the Formula 1 season and the most sought-after weekend of the year in the Gulf. In 2026 it runs at Yas Marina Circuit on 4–6 December: the race starts at sunset and finishes under the lights. The best categories go early, so it pays to choose ahead — and to choose deliberately.
FIVE WAYS TO SPEND THE WEEKEND
Main Grandstand — the key seat on the circuit. Directly opposite the pit lane and the team garages, over the starting grid: you see the start, the pit stops and the finish. Three days, from $2,240.
Hero Package — the same three days in the Main Grandstand, plus an invitation-only "Inside F1" Thursday evening the general public never sees. From $4,810.
Champions Club — three days of hospitality, Friday to Sunday, a Grid Walk before the race and a photo with the championship trophy. From $9,300.
Paddock Club — the top of Formula 1 hospitality. At Yas Marina it sits directly above the pit lane. Places are limited; price on request.
A yacht in Yas Marina — four nights on board in the marina beside the track: a VIP cabin for two from $26,000, a Master cabin from $43,000. Breakfasts, Thursday dinner and the race from the deck.
RACE WEEK IS MORE THAN THE RACE
Wednesday 2 December — Andrea Bocelli, Yasalam Classics at Etihad Arena. Thursday 3 December — Lewis Capaldi and Zara Larsson. Friday 4 December — Jennifer Lopez and Alex Warren at the after-race concert. Build the week around the race, not the other way round.
THE DETAILS THAT DECIDE IT
A hotel on Yas Island. On race days the drive from Dubai takes far longer than usual. A hotel next to the circuit means an extra hour of sleep and a calm exit after the flag.
The transfer after the race. A finish under the lights means thousands of cars leaving at once. A chauffeur waiting at the right gate saves your evening.
Which side of the track. Opposite the pit lane you read the strategy; at the corners you see the overtakes. Decide which matters more to you.
Dress code. Hospitality is usually smart casual; we send the exact rules with your confirmation.
Each of these looks small until it spoils the day. It always pays to pay attention to details — the way we do.
HOW OBSIDIANS ARRANGES THE WEEKEND
We secure the seats first, then build everything around them: the hotel on Yas, the car at the door, the yacht in the marina, the table after the race. Prices are as published; we confirm the final price for your date before you pay, with no hidden extras. Same-day confirmation.
