The Bolshoi Theatre brings its ballet to the UAE on an official tour for the first time. From 4 to 6 December 2026, Dubai Opera stages Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker in Yuri Grigorovich's legendary choreography, danced by the Bolshoi Ballet's principal dancers with the Bolshoi Theatre Orchestra conducted by Pavel Klinichev. A Christmas tale of miracles, courage and first love that Grigorovich turned into a 20th-century classic, in Dubai's most beautiful theatre.

The building opens 2 hours before the show and the auditorium 30 minutes before. Latecomers are admitted only at the intermission. Children aged 3+ need a ticket; children under 3 are not admitted; guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Dress code is elegant — no shorts or flip-flops.
