The music of Gladiator, Interstellar, The Dark Knight, Inception, Dune and The Lion King, played by the man who wrote it. Hans Zimmer returns to Etihad Arena on 13 November with The Next Level, a full arena production with his 19-piece band: orchestral sections, electronic layers, immersive lighting and stage design built to scale. His last visit to Abu Dhabi, in June 2025, sold so fast that a second night was added; this time there is one show, and it's the headline of the Abu Dhabi Festival's 23rd edition.

Zimmer's most recent score was for F1: The Movie, the highest-grossing sports film of all time — which makes a concert on Yas Island, three weeks before the Grand Prix, exactly the right place to hear it.

    • The stage is at the south end; the floor is split into four bands by distance, with the lower bowl 101–115 wrapping around.
    • Floor Royal-The first band of the floor, directly in front of the stage. The closest seats in the arena — the orchestra at arm's length, the screens overhead. The smallest section on the plan and the first to sell out.
    • Floor VIP-The second band, behind Royal. Central, level with the stage, full width of the production; the seats most guests choose when Royal is gone.
    • Floor Platinum-The third band of the floor. Still central and still close, with the whole stage and lighting rig in view without craning.
    • Floor Diamond-The rear band of the floor, in front of section 108. The full stage picture from ground level — the best value on the floor.
    • Lower bowl — sections 101–115,Elevated seats around the floor. Sections 101–104 and 112–115 run along the sides, 105–111 face the stage from the far end; 108 is on the centre line. 103, 113 and their neighbours sit level with Floor Platinum — a clear, slightly raised view.
